1. Creative + Cooperative Design

Shawn O’Dell’s natural creativity combines with his years of practical experience to allow him to listen to your ideas and translate them into workable plans. Shawn will either secure the services of an architect or draftsman on your behalf, or he will work with your architect if you’ve already selected one. He can advise you on matters of efficiency, practicality, and value of your design.

2. Conversant + Conscientious Subcontractor Selection

While we will self-perform much of the work in the construction of your home, there are some parts of the project that may be subcontracted out to specialists. Shawn maintains healthy working relationships with numerous subcontractors and suppliers. He knows their strengths and chooses subcontractors based on their ability to meet the specific needs of each individual owner on each individual project.

3. Capable + Considerate Project Management

Every aspect of your home’s construction will be managed by our experienced staff. Shawn, as Project Manager, will schedule the work, inspections, etc. An on-site Project Superintendent will manage the day-to-day construction work and keep you in-the-know along the way. The Administrative Staff in the office will always be available to answer your questions or address any concerns you have. Your peace of mind throughout the process is of upmost importance to us.
